RCIA Marriage Adult Confirmation Prep is held yearly beginning after the first of the calendar year. There are six sessions, one session is held in person while the rest of the meetings use the zoom platform. Parishioners of the Church of the Annunciation are not charged a fee for texts and supplies while members of churches in our family of parishes will be asked to pay $50.00 for the program. Adults will be confirmed in the Spring with the youth. This program is for those who are Baptized in the Catholic faith, wish to be Confirmed, are past the age of youth Confirmation and have received First Eucharist. Those who are Baptized but have not received First Eucharist should inquire into the Rite of Christian Initiation at the Church of the Annunciation or at their own parish in our family. INFANT BAPTISM: Parents who are expecting a child should call the Parish Office at 683-5254 to arrange to take part in the Baptism Preparation Program. We ask that the parents be registered as parishioners or if residing out of town that the grandparents be parishioners. Baptisms take place once a month during the 11:00am Mass after completion of two sessions, the Initial and Liturgy Preparation sessions.

The Godparents for the child must be fully initiated Roman Catholics (have received Baptism, Confirmation, and First Eucharist and are able to get a letter of recommendation from the parish where they are registered. Parishes will also often require that there is evidence of weekly Mass attendance. This is because the Godparent will have an active role in the spiritual development of the child and in their formation as intentional Catholics.
