7:30AM, 9AM, 7:00PM Mass and distribution of ashes
12 Noon Prayer Service and distribution of ashes
Daily Mass during Lent at 9am
Fasting: All Catholics between their 18th and 60th birthdays are bound to observe the law of fast on the following days: Ash Wednesday and Good Friday. This means one meal a day, and two smaller meals which if added together would not exceed the main meal in quantity.
Abstinence: All Catholics who have reached their 14th birthday are bound to abstain totally from meat on the following days: Ash Wednesday, all Fridays of Lent and Good Friday.
